Servia substitutes for concussed Power at St. Pete

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- The pole-winning car for the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg will start from the back of the grid with substitute driver Oriol Servia, as Team Penske's Will Power has been sidelined from the race with a stomach virus.

Team owner Roger Penske said Power is also undergoing tests for a possible concussion.

Power tweeted his disappointment Sunday:
