The Tigers weren’t swinging at their pitches, evident by only gaining six hits in the day. The pitching gave up a few big hits and LSU was seemingly finding a way to drop the ball into every gap in the Auburn defense. Also, the defense made two uncharacteristic errors, something this team rarely does.
