AUBURN, Ala. – As the 2015 Auburn softball fall season came to a close back in October, off-season workouts began heating up in November for the players. As the team begins looking forward to a trip back to the Women’s College World Series, the Auburn coaching staff locked up its newest class of players for the 2017 season after signing eight high school standouts during the early signing period.
Included in the class are three Alabama-natives and one from as far north as Minnesota. Four different states are represented in the 2016 class including three from nearby Georgia.
