AKRON, Ohio – After capping a stellar career at Auburn, infielder Haley Fagan has signed a professional contract with the Akron Racers of National Pro Fastpitch (NPF).
Fagan becomes the fourth Tiger currently in the professional softball league, joining Angel Bunner (USSSA Pride), Emily Carosone (Chicago Bandits) and Jade Rhodes (Scrap Yard Dawgs).
In three years on the field at Auburn, Fagan produced a .323 batting average to go along with a .414 on-base percentage and a .556 slugging clip – which both rank in the top 10 in the program record books.
