Spring recruiting has come to an end for Auburn basketball and the season still doesn’t tip off for 171 days, so the biggest news on the basketball side of things will likely be schedule announcements over the coming weeks and months. Yesterday, Auburn found out its opponent for the Big 12/SEC Challenge and the Tigers will travel to face the TCU Horned Frogs.
Jon Rothestein released each of the ten match-ups on Twitter Tuesday afternoon, and the game will take place on January 28, 2017 in Fort Worth.
Once again, the matchups this year seem to be fairly matched while Kentucky and Kansas will once again face each other as the headline game.
