I still remember the moment I watched a Josh Holsey play and said: "that kid is going to be something special." It was early in the 2012 LSU game when he had a terrific pass breakup on a deep ball. Little did I know the ups-and-downs his career would go through from there.
Holsey was a stand-out early in 2013 in Auburn's secondary before suffering a knee injury in practice just prior to that year's Texas A&M game. He came back from that in 2014 and had a pretty decent year. Then, in 2015, he suffered yet another knee injury early in Game 2 against Jacksonville State.
