The big news coming into Friday night’s matchup between the Bulls and Hawks was the status of John Collins, who developed flu-like symptoms after Atlanta’s last game against the Timberwolves. Collins was forced out early in overtime, as he appeared winded and tired and did not play in the majority of the extra period in the win over Minnesota.
Tonight, the Hawks started Omari Spellman in the place of Collins, along with the normal starters: Trae Young, Kevin Huerter, Taurean Prince, and Dewayne Dedmon.
