ESPN mock drafts Dario Saric to Hawks in latest Hawks news update

In tonight's Hawks news update, one ESPN draft analyst thinks there is a good chance the Atlanta Hawks could look to the international stage for their 15th overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.

Per Kris Willis of Peachtree Hoops, ESPN's Jeff Goodman has the Hawks picking Croatian forward Dario Saric in the middle of the first round: "The Hawks could pair Saric alongside a healthy Al Horford for a formidable forward duo. Saric is long and skilled, and has tremendous upside."

According to Willis, however, drafting Saric could come with a degree of risk: "Saric recently let it be known that if he were drafted by either the Lakers or the Celtics that he would come to the NBA next season. That leaves everyone else in a bit of limbo. Some teams might not mind waiting for Saric but others could be looking for a player to contribute right away."

If the Hawks feel like it is in their best interest to draft Saric, risking not having him for the 2014 NBA season, they'll have qualms pulling the trigger.

At this point, that is a very big if.
