It's no secret the Atlanta Falcons would be connected to pending free-agent linebacker Bruce Irvin, who played under coach Dan Quinn in Seattle.
Irvin made a possible marriage seem like much more of a possibility last season when he told Samuel Logan of Black Sports Online during an Atlanta Hawks game he wanted to be in Atlanta in 2016.
However, Irvin threw another curveball Monday. As ESPN.com Seahawks reporter Sheil Kapadia wrote, Irvin said he would be willing to take a discount to remain with the Seahawks.
