The Road Goes Ever On and On

The Road goes ever on and on,

Down from the door where it began.

Now far ahead the Road has gone,

And I must follow, if I can,

Pursuing it with eager feet,

Until it joins some larger way

Where many paths and errands meet.

And whither then? I cannot say.

Well, this is it. Like Bilbo and Frodo’s journey, this 10.5 game West Coast trip will either solidify the Braves at the top of the division, taking out both Gollum (the Mets) and the Phillies (Sauron), or the Braves will perish in eternal fire in the heart of Mount Doom.
