ATLANTA — At least one MVP will be returning to the Atlanta Braves this season.

The team announced Wednesday that Eddie Rosario, who won the National League Championship Series most valuable player award, signed a 2-year deal with the organization.

The contract is worth $18 million and includes a club option for 2024 season.

Channel 2 Sports Director Zach Klein reports LIVE from spring training. He’ll break down the latest deals, on Channel 2 Action News starting at 4 p.m.

The Braves acquired Rosario from Cleveland last year. The Puerto Rican outfielder made a splash in 33 games for the Braves and hit his stride in the postseason.
