Needless to say, there has not been a lot of positives for the Atlanta Braves off the field this spring. Between the lack of movement by the front office and the injuries to the pitching staff, it has not been a great couple of weeks.
However, before their game against the New York Yankees on Tuesday we got some positive updates in regards to some of those injuries.
Rain prevented Josh Donaldson from getting his simulated work in, but he will likely make his spring debut on Friday. Mark Bowman also reported that Kevin Gausman is expected to make his spring debut on Friday as well.
