A rebound performance for the Phillie who needed it most

A rebound performance for the Phillie who needed it most originally appeared on NBC Sports Philadelphia

ATLANTA — Aaron Nola is no stranger to the Braves. Wednesday was his 33rd career meeting with them, a full season's worth, and he had already exceeded 200 innings just against Atlanta.

This Braves lineup is no joke. They've already set the National League records for home runs in a season. Nola was coming off of three straight short, disappointing outings in which he failed to complete five innings. He needed a rebound performance as much as anyone on the Phillies' roster and had one Wednesday afternoon.
