Gareth Southgate has started a few days of big calls by sparing Jack Grealish any further punishment for his latest misdemeanour.
The Aston Villa midfielder was fined and suspended by his club after he was involved in an all-night party at Birmingham hotel that got out of control.
He presented Southgate with a dilemma over whether to include him in the Under-21 squad for the crucial Euro 2017 qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Bosnia, which will determine if they reach next summer's tournament in Poland.
Southgate held talks with Aston Villa manager Roberto Di Matteo earlier this week to get the club's view on how Grealish has responded in the time since.
