Aston Villa manager Steve Bruce has slammed his team’s character following their dire 3-0 defeat to Cardiff City.
Neil Warnock’s Bluebirds dismantled the Birmingham side as a Nathaniel Mendez-Laing double and a Junior Hoilett strike consigned the visitors to defeat.
After the game Bruce, who was appointed as manager at Villa Park back in October 2016, revealed he is still struggling to find the right balance and is finding it difficult to instill the necessary spirit required to be competitive in the Championship.
