Aston Villa 4-2 Norwich City: Conor Hourihane's hat-trick and Andre Green give hosts first league win this season

Steve Bruce took one of the biggest gambles of his management career and hit the jackpot.

The Villa manager, under massive pressure after finding his side on the bottom of the table, axed £15million striker Scott Hogan and picked two teenagers to lead his attack.

But his faith in 19-year-olds Keinan Davis and Andre Green was repaid as his side recorded their first win of the campaign despite twice being rattled by goals from Josh Murphy and Nelson Oliveira.
