Alex McLeish believes a Scotland victory at Wembley would be the biggest result in the fixture's history

Different generations of Scotland fans have their own special memories of the Auld Enemy rivalry.

From the famous Wembley turf being torn up in 1977 to John Robertson's winner in 1981 or Don Hutchison scoring the only goal in a Euro qualifier in 1999.

Yet perhaps only the few old enough to recall the Wembley Wizards of 1928, and their fine 5-1 filleting of England in their own backyard, would dispute the fact that April 15, 1967 was the most celebrated Scottish result since the rivals first squared up in Glasgow in 1872.
