Listen - Ray Parlour: Arsenal squad made Patrick Vieira apologise for spitting at a West Ham player

Ray Parlour has told talkSPORT the Arsenal squad once made club legend Patrick Vieira apologise after they saw him spit at an opponent.

After Jamie Carragher’s spitting shame, Parlour told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast about when they ordered Vieira to pay a visit to the away dressing room to say sorry for spitting at West Ham defender Neil ‘Razor’ Ruddock.

Carragher was suspended from his role as a Sky Sports pundit on Monday after he was caught on camera spitting at a father and daughter from his car, having been ‘goaded’ over Liverpool’s 2-1 defeat to rivals Manchester United on Saturday.
