Declan Rice has capped off a fine start to his Arsenal career by being deemed by our supporters as our Player of the Month for August.
The England international played his part in helping us to collect seven points from our opening three fixtures at the start of the campaign, and his industrious displays in defence and attack saw him amass 56 per cent of the vote to come out ahead of Eddie Nketiah, Ben White and William Saliba in the voting.
As well as winning the Community Shield in his first game in our colours, Declan went on to win back possession 17 times in the next three games, as well as making nine tackles and four interceptions to break up play.
