Arsenal tour illness that saw new man Sead Kolasinac throw up on the pitch not food poisoning, say club medics

Arsenal's medical team insist the illness running through the squad nothing to do with the food they have been eating.

Per Mertesacker and Olivier Giroud were unable to play in a friendly against Bayern Munich in Shanghai on Wednesday and Sead Kolasinac threw up on the pitch in the first-half and had to be replaced.

Arsene Wenger blamed it on 'food poisoning' and said Theo Walcott and Aaron Ramsey had also been unwell.
