Bild have even reported that Ozil's wife, Amine Gulse, is the driving force behind a potential switch to Turkey.
Ozil has just 12 months remaining on his £350,000-a-week deal, but appears unwilling to lower his wage demands despite being restricted to watching Arsenal from the sidelines.
