WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point women's basketball (12-16 10-8 Patriot League) fell to the Lehigh Mountain Hawks (16-13, 12-6 PL) 69-42 on Wednesday night to close out the regular season.
Army clinches the fifth-seed in the Patriot League Tournament and will travel to fourth-seeded Colgate on Monday, March 6 st 7:00 p.m.
Senior Hope Brown led the Black Knights with 12 points, five rebounds, one assist and one block.
How It Happened
In the first four minutes of the first quarter, Army took a 4-0 lead when Lehigh got on the board with a layup by Lehigh's Frannie Hottinger, making it a 4-2 game.
