Murray Headlines Army's Patriot League Honors

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. Aliyah Murray took home some hardware on Friday as she earned three postseason honors from the Patriot League, including defensive player of the year, to headline the Army West Point women's basketball team's honorees.

In addition to her major award, Murray was tabbed as an All-Patriot League Third Team selection and was a voted a unanimous choice to the all-defensive squad.

Sophomore Madison Hovren was one of only two players to earn unanimous first team All-Patriot League accolades, joining player of the year Clarie DeBoer. Junior Janae McNeal was Army's third postseason honoree with a spot on the all-defensive team for the second straight season.
