MISSION FIRST: King of the Hill

For most, the term family is associated with your parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. A select few, however, have the opportunity to endure the 47-month process that is the United States Military Academy, and spending countless hours at Doubleday Field to become a member of the Army Baseball Family.

Such is the case for Lt. Col. Dave Borowicz, who has been directly associated with the baseball program at West Point across four decades.

Borowicz was a highly-touted pitching prospect coming out of high school in the late 1980s and caught the attention of numerous Division I programs.
