BLACKSBURG, Va. – The Army West Point men's track and field team burst out of the gate strong with top ten finishes from seven cadet-athletes in five events.

- The freshmen duo of Keegan Smith and Roman Ollar captured sixth and tenth in the mile with times of 4:15.05 and 4:16.80, respectively.
- Ben Sims makes the podium in the 60m dash with a time of 6.76s, only one second off of breaking the school record.
