JONESBORO – The Trojan men's track and field team began its indoor season over the weekend with two event victories and three alterations to the school top-10 list at the A-State Kickoff Klassic.
Imad Amenzou was the event winner in the mile, crossing the finish line in 4:21.64. That mark is just outside the top 10 in program history. Amenzou's time was just three hundredths of a second ahead of the second-place finisher but six seconds ahead of the third-place runner.
The Trojans got another win to end the night as the Little Rock 4x400 relay team finished in first place.
