LITTLE ROCK - This week's featured "Meet Your Trojans" student-athlete is women's golfer Lucy Owen. Owen is a Health and Human Performance major from Waipawa, New Zealand.
Little Rock recently finished its 2016 fall season and will return to action in February at the Texas State Invitational.
What made you want to attend UALR?
I had a family friend, Sheridan Graham, who came to Little Rock quite a few years ago. She was on coach Bridgett Norwood's first team. Well, she was coach's first ever recruit. And she put me on to coach and I wasn't even thinking about going to college in the United States, but coach Norwood got in contact with me and I came.
