LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock head women's basketball coach Joe Foley announced Wednesday that Mesi Triplett, originally a Troy signee in November, is now joining Little Rock's Team as its newest signee after inking her National Letter of Intent.
She played last season at St. Petersburg College but only saw action in three games before an injury sidelined what was building to be a standout season. In just those three games, Triplett averaged eight points and eight rebounds.
Triplett was granted her full release from Troy, allowing her to sign with legendary and Hall of Fame coach Joe Foley, who will enter the 2022-23 season with the third-highest career win total (833 career wins) of any active Division I coach.
