TUNICA, Mississippi — The Little Rock Women's Golf team led from start to finish to win the 2024 OVC Championship at Tunica National, the first conference title for the program since 1999 and third overall. It's the first OVC title for the team, competing in the league for just the second season.
Little Rock finished with a three-day total of 911 (+47) with individual rounds of 302, 305, and 304. Morehead State, who won the title a year ago, settled for a runner-up finish, eight strokes behind Little Rock. The Trojans got out to a nine-stroke lead after the first round before seeing Morehead State get as close as three on the second day before settling for a five-stroke margin.
