JONESBORO – The Little Rock men's track and field team posted eight top-five finishes at the Red Wolves Open in Jonesboro on Saturday including one event victory in the 3K.
Lalang was Little Rock's highest finisher of the day, winning the 3K in a time of 8:52.79. That time is the new ninth-best mark in program history in the event. Lalang won the race by just under two seconds over Memphis' James Durkin. Also running in the 3K for the Trojans was Emilio Medina who came in third in 8:57.30 and Tyler Davis whose time of 9:42.
