LITTLE ROCK – Adela Hernandez felt the eyes on her as she was running.
At the Donaghey Student Center gym three years ago, Hernandez was in the middle of a 30-minute treadmill workout. She looked up and saw a man and a group of women watching her run.
"I kept running and ignoring them, but they kept watching me," Hernandez said. "And I was like, 'Surely they'll leave, right?"
They didn't leave. Like she did every day, Hernandez continued her treadmill session. She ran half an hour for fun, to keep herself in shape.
