The Oregon Ducks walloped the Oregon State Beavers 31-7 Friday night in Eugene, clinching a spot in the Pac-12 Football Championship Game and eliminating Arizona.
Oregon will play Washington at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas next Friday.
Arizona needed Oregon State to defeat Oregon and to beat ASU Saturday to make the conference title game.
Instead, the best Arizona can finish in the Pac-12 standings is third.
In the past, Arizona (8-3) would have made the Pac-12 title game by winning the league’s South Division, but the conference eliminated divisions ahead of the 2022 season.
