The Arizona Wildcats have added a Tucson product to their 2019 recruiting class.
Marana High School offensive lineman Jordan Morgan committed to the UA on Thursday, according to his coach, Louie Ramirez. The 6-foot-5, 265-pound tackle is unranked by 247Sports.
Morgan unofficially visited Arizona on Wednesday.
Morgan’s only other offer was from NAU. Arizona actually offered Morgan at an NAU summer camp last weekend.
Morgan’s good fortune came during the camp, when first-year offensive line coach Joe Gilbert pulled him aside, sending the rising senior into a state of euphoria.
