According to Joe Lunardi’s first official Bracketology of the 2015-16 season it looks like the Arizona Wildcats are again the frontrunner in a competitive Pac-12.

The Cats are seeded No. 4 in the West, and besides Cal , have the
highest Pac-12 seed out of Lunardi’s 68 teams. Traditionally if the regular season Pac-10/12 Champion has a solid year the committee unofficially rewards that team with letting them stay in the West.
This would be great for the Cats in 2016 because the West Regional is again in Southern California at the Honda Center in Anaheim.
