The Arizona Sand Volleyball team, led by Head Coach Steve Walker, is 13-8 on the season so far, 2-3 in the Pac-12 and 6-4 at home. The cats have beaten Washington and Utah but lost to USC and UCLA who are very strong teams.
If you haven’t made it out to Bear Down Beach (located across from the McKale Center), you are missing out on a fun afternoon.
The Sand Cats play in the sand, well of course they do, but our point is that you need to bring your beach chairs and umbrellas! We have followed Coach Walker since his first season, and we are so impressed with what he has accomplished in just three seasons.
