AUGUSTA, Ga. – The present and future of the Sun Devil Women's Golf program will be on display this week, as five current and incoming Sun Devils are scheduled to participate in the inaugural Augusta National Women's Amateur, beginning Wednesday, April 3 and running through Saturday, April 6.
In the tournaments' first year of existence, the Augusta National Women's Amateur serves as an additional prestigious event hosted by Augusta National Golf Club the weekend prior to the Masters. Of the 72 top international female amateur golfers selected to this prestigious tournament, three Arizona State golfers and two members of the incoming freshman class received an invitation.
