KONA, Hawai'i – Despite the surrounding beauty, the Sun Devils battled through tough winds and improved throughout the day, tied for second after two rounds at the Pac-12 Preview.
"I am very pleased with our efforts today," says head coach Missy Farr-Kaye. "We had difficult conditions this afternoon with high winds and the girls handled that well. We are going to continue to focus on our goals and stay in the present and enjoy every minute of competing in Hawai'i.
In fourth after round one (296), ASU continued to battle in round two, now just two strokes (+10) behind Stanford after two rounds of play (298), tying the Cardinal for the lowest second round.
