??PHOENIX – Sun Devil Baseball will launch its 2022 campaign with an action-packed weekend in Phoenix as the team celebrates its fans and its past in hosting the Sun Devil Baseball Alumni Day & Fan Fest, presented by Someburros on Sunday, Jan. 30 at Phoenix Municipal Stadium.
The free event is open to all Sun Devil fans who wish to attend, with gates opening at 9:30 a.m. AZT and festivities getting underway at 10 a.m.
Over 50 former Sun Devil players are slated to make their return to the Valley of the Sun, with many excited to take part in the return of the Sun Devil Alumni Exhibition, a brief three-inning exhibition featuring many of the names Sun Devil Nation has come to know and love over the decades, a list that includes the likes of Dustin Pedroia, Andre Ethier, Ryan Burr, Deven Marrero, Paul Ray Powell, Andrew Romine, Tuffy Gosewisch and more.
