TEMPE, Ariz. – The Arizona State women's tennis team picked up their second-straight victory on Friday, as they took care of Northern Arizona by a score of 6-1 at Whiteman Tennis Center.

After a rare loss in doubles to start the match in a 1-0 deficit, the Sun Devils (9-5, 2-2) regathered themselves in singles to capture all six victories in straight sets.

"I was disappointed with how we came out in the doubles, and like against UNLV, thought we didn't have a lot of energy," said head coach Sheila McInerney. "Give NAU credit, as I thought they came out and played really well in doubles.
