Andrews, Washington outlast ASU in OT

SEATTLE – First year with a new coach. Adapting to a new system. Battling the entire game. No one cares anymore. Arizona State is frustrated. As the Sun Devils walked out of the visitors’ locker room late Wednesday night, you could see it in their eyes.

“It’s the same story every game,’’ sophomore guard Kodi Justice said. “We’re going to look back at this year, all these close games we keep losing over the little things here and there, it’s tough.”

ASU took Washington into overtime at Alaska Airlines Arena. And in doing so, the Sun Devils showed improvement and played with fire, but in the end the Huskies pulled away, winning 95-83 in front of 6,533 fans.
