MLBPA Names Corbin Carroll The Best Rookie in the NL

Corbin Carroll’s historic rookie campaign not only featured him in the world series, but also bringing home some major street cred. The MLBPA is the “Major League Baseball Players Association” and players across the league took a vote for lots of different categories. Carroll’s record-breaking rookie season left no doubt in anyone’s mind that he is in fact the top of his rookie class in the National League.

A Look Back on an Incredible Year

The Diamondbacks rookie sensation became the only rookie in MLB history to steal 50 bags and hit 25 home runs. Carroll finished with 54 stolen bases and was a major piece to the Diamondbacks return to the World Series.
