For the 2018 season his salary will be $7.5M as the left-hander is in his final season of arbitration eligibility. Corbin was 14-13 with a 4.08 ERA (88 ERA-) in 189 innings in 2017, but advanced metrics very much backed up his performance. He was due for a major raise from his $3.95M figure from 2017 after a 3 WAR season (3 fWAR, 2.9 bWAR).
