After an even month of June, the Arizona Diamondbacks put together their first above .500 month of the 2015 campaign going 13-11 to stay in the race for the 2nd wild card.
The Diamondbacks are 50-52 after beginning August with a blowout loss to the Huston Astros, and are 8.0 games out of 1st place in the National League West, and 6.5 games back of the 2nd wild card.
The Dbacks probably need to put a couple of winning streaks of 5 games or more together, and get help from the teams their chasing to make the playoffs, but it’s great to say the Dbacks are in the race with 2 months left.
