The Arizona Cardinals made their roster cuts on Saturday afternoon to get down to the 53-man limit. However don’t expect to see exactly the same 53-man roster within a couple of days.
Expect the Cardinals to go after some waiver wire pickups, thus eliminating some jobs won on Saturday. For now, this is what we get.
Some surprises include the release of tight end Ricky Seals-Jones, although Jones had a big fumble in Thursday night’s loss to the Denver Broncos. Also, the Cardinals decided to keep four running backs, including local favorite D.J. Foster.
