CULVER CITY, Calif. –– Appalachian State University volleyball's 2017 freshmen recruiting class was named “Highest Honorable Mention” for the third consecutive season on Monday by PrepVolleyball.com (subscription required).
The website is leading up to announcing its top 30 collegiate recruiting classes of 2017 and gave Appalachian the “Highest Honorable Mention” honor along with 24 other programs. No other Sun Belt Conference program cracked the prestigious list, however, Arkansas State was slotted into the “High Honorable Mention” category with 46 other programs.
The website will later reveal its top 30 recruiting classes over the next few days.
