MORGANTON, N.C. — App State Women's Golf placed third as the host school at the seven-team Mimosa Hills Intercollegiate on Tuesday, with three members of the program posting top-11 finishes.
Makena Dubois and , both competing as individuals, tied for sixth and placed ninth, respectively. Layla Meric tied for 11th place.
Dubois entered the final round as the individual co-leader at 5 over and shot a 76 to finish with a 9-over total of 225 (75-74-76).
Adams tied for the second-lowest score in the field Tuesday and matched the fourth-lowest round in program history with a 2-under 70 that included six birdies.
