BOONE, N.C. — Twelve former Appalachian State University football student-athletes worked out for representatives from 20 NFL teams and two Canadian Football League teams during the program’s annual Pro Day on Monday at the Appalachian Athletic Center and Sofield Family Indoor Practice Facility.
Appalachian State’s Pro Day participants included tight end Barrett Burns, offensive lineman Parker Collins, offensive lineman Jamie Collmar, running back Marcus Cox, defensive lineman Tyson Fernandez, linebacker Kennan Gilchrist, safety Alex Gray, linebacker John Law, defensive lineman Nate Norwood, defensive lineman Dezmin Reed, linebacker Toronto Thomas, and defensive back Mondo Williams.
