Scooter Braun sells to developer building $500-million Bel-Air compound

Scooter Braun, manager for such talents as Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande and the recently signed Black Eyed Peas, has sold his home in Hollywood Hills West for $9.5 million.

Real estate agents not authorized to comment on the sale identified the buyer as Nile Niami, the film producer and speculative real estate developer currently building a $500-million compound in Bel-Air.

Set above the Sunset Strip, the two-story Contemporary is distinguished by floor-to-ceiling walls of glass, double-height ceilings and a koi pond entry.

Within the 5,300 square feet of open space are formal living/dining rooms, a den, a home theater, four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
