The Anaheim Ducks are set to begin preseason action on Tuesday night against the Colorado Avalanche.
Many who have witnessed training camp in Anaheim describe the scene as intense and upbeat, something that you might expect from a team who fell one win short of reaching the Stanley Cup finals.
The motto of this years team was clear from the second players arrived at camp with some new and unique apparel.
Players wore shirts that read “Close Is Not Good Enough”.
In using that motto the Ducks are determined to silence their game 7 critics and the journey begins Tuesday night.
