Hervey was the offensive leader for UCF as the Knights swept both in-state rival USF and Memphis to start conference play. The senior finished the weekend with 37 kills in six sets averaging 6.17 kills per set and hitting .394 in the two matches. Against Memphis, Hervey finished with 18 kills to only two errors and hit .
